Andy joined Rentokil Initial in May 2008 as Executive Director Corporate Development. Andy has Executive responsibility for Ambius globally, and since 1 January 2009 for both the Asia and Pacific Regions. Andy also has functional responsibility for Corporate Development, M&A, Legal, Company Secretariat, Risk and Health and Safety. Andy is on the Rentokil Initial main Board as well as the Corporate Executive Board (“CEB”).
Andy joined from Imperial Chemical Industries PLC (“ICI”) where, along with John McAdam and Alan Brown, he was on the ICI Executive Team. During his twenty years at ICI, Andy was responsible for a number of Group functions (including M&A and Legal) and international businesses (including ICI’s Regional and Industrial Division) and worked for a number of years in both Canada and the USA.
John Myers joined Rentokil in December 2008 as President and CEO of North American Pest Control. In August 2012, John has also assumed leadership of Ambius, North America.
John has a diverse business background, with extensive field sales, production management, national accounts sales, sales management, marketing, and business strategy experience, having worked for not only large, international companies, but also a new business start-up.
Prior to joining Rentokil, John spent 8+ years with Cintas, an industry-leading $3 billion business services company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. During his tenure with Cintas, he provided leadership in several key areas, including Vice President of Business Development, Group Vice President, Vice President of Business Strategy, and most recently as their Senior Vice President of Sales.
John is a graduate of the University of Vermont where he earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Additionally, he earned an MBA from Mercer University in Atlanta. John and his wife, Susie, have 2 daughters and 1 son. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, golfing, and is active in the community through his involvement in the United Way and several community boards.
Jason Logan joined Ambius in 2006 as Vice President. In January 2013, Jason was appointed Director of Operations for Ambius, North America.
Jason has a diverse background in business turnarounds, acquisitions, profit improvement, multi-site management, production management, project management, sales management, talent management, and management consulting. With a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Jason focuses on operational process improvement and implementation for Ambius North America.
Prior to joining Ambius, Jason spent time with Cintas, Airborne Express, and managing his own consulting business.
Jason is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania where he earned a B.A. degree in Public Relations. Jason and his wife, Laura, have 2 daughters and reside in Atlanta, GA. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, tennis, golfing, running, and triathlons. He is an active member of Vistage International and volunteers with inner city youth programs in Atlanta.
