Branch Manager - Atlanta

Job Description 

This position is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the branch budget plan which includes meeting and exceeding budgeted goals as they relate to service retention, customer satisfaction, sales growth and branch profit. Responsible for achieving Retention Rate of 90%+ , service technician turnover of less than 30%a and all budgeted goals. This individual will oversee colleague training, recruitment, career development, maintain accounts receivable and collections to company standards, work closely with sales staff to grow business and bring in new clients, create incentive programs to reward high achievers, handle all colleague issues within the branch, manage and direct administrative, service management and warehouse and installation functions. Qualifications to Qualify 

The successful candidate will ideally have a strong track record of directing a field service business and managing and leading service teams providing customer service to commercial clients. A background of performing the above outlined duties in a service business would also be desirable. Experienced with developing and implementing business budgets required.
