Dallas Branch News – August 2010
It is said that only barbed wire fences separate Dallas from the wintery blasts from Canada and beyond. This winter has brought that realization to all of us at Ambius Dallas, as gloves, scarves, and hoodies have been retrieved from under beds and spare closets. One day the temp is 72 degrees and the next it is 32 degrees. This has played havoc with our plant rental installation and plant supply replacement schedules.
New Ambius Dallas Fleet Trucks Have Arrived!
We were fortunate to receive a fleet of new vehicles recently and had the pleasure of awarding Ford Transits to our co-workers as though they had just bought a winning ticket in the Volunteer Firemen's raffle! Everyone is proud to show a more professional face to our public for interior landscaping and plant hire services and, as of yet, the first scratch has not been reported.
Customer Service Specialist Teams Update
The shift to Customer Service Specialist Teams is underway, which involves bonding with "new best friends" from those "who were formerly known as" technicians. We feel we are building a strong foundation on which to continue strengthening our tropical plants and plantscaping business offerings. We are optimistic about our chances for growth in 2010.
