Continuing Education and Ongoing Horticulture Accreditation

Building Manager Accreditation for Building and Facility Managers

Ambius has been approved by the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) to provide ongoing horticulture education in the form of both seminar and on-line CPD training for BOMA – International members seeking to gain RPA (Real Property Administrator), FMA (Facilities Management Administrator) and SMA (System Maintenance Administrator) designations.

Architects

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) has also Ambius as a Continuing Education Systems (CES) registered provider to deliver continuing education to architects.

Courses

The current horticulture accreditation and training program we offer to AIA and BOMI members is called "Plants in Buildings". This seminar provides a comprehensive overview of interior landscaping from concept, to process, through finished work. Special emphasis is placed on why to use plants indoors, what can be achieved, and the impact of plants on health, safety, and the environment.
