To ensure the safety of all participants and attendees, this year’s Future Offices Summer Event took place online. Its digital format allowed us to capture the session and share it with everyone, here.
Our very own Kelly Walowski, Global Design Consultant for Ambius, joined an expert panel to discuss what the future holds for the office environment.
The state of the workplace
If health and well-being isn’t already an integral part of a company’s culture, it must be now. The workforce wants to know that their employers are making safety a top priority.
From phased re-entry plans and bookable workspaces to a permanently remote workforce, these four industry professionals present multiple possiblilties for what a future office could look like and discuss the impact of the pandemic on the workplace thus far. Kelly also examines the idea of incorporating biophilic design in collaborative spaces for essential workers.
