After surveying more than 82,854 employees in cities throughout the United States, workplace insights company, Kununu, recently published a list of the unhappiest U.S. cities to work in. Survey participants were instructed to focus on the four key factors that Kununu identified as key drivers of employee contentment in the workplace. These factors were company culture, teamwork, autonomy, and support from management.
