If you have multiple locations and require the personal attention of a single point of contact, and the convenience of centralized invoicing, then you might be interested in our National Accounts plant program.

As an Ambius National Account customer, you benefit from the following individualized services created for multiple location businesses and franchise business accounts:

  • Account Managers - All National Account customers have a National Account Manager assigned to them, so that even multiple location businesses have a single point of contact for all issues and inquiries. We also provide local service contacts for your local management; your National Account Manager is simply an added layer of supervision to ensure delivery of our fabled service for your multi-location plant program.

  • Customized Billing - Many of our National Account customers require a single centralized invoice with a detailed breakdown by each business location or franchise. We will happily customize your billing to your individual needs.

  • National Support Team - Ambius guarantees a 24-hour response time for our National Account customers, and a service call within 48 hours. The support team is accessible either by our toll free phone number 888-368-8060 or contact us online.

This service is available to each of your multiple locations and/or franchisees.

  • Quality Assurance - As part of our National Accounts plant program, detailed inspections of all plants and containers are performed regularly for businesses with multiple locations or multiple franchises. The inspection reports are sent to the National Account Managers, who then follow up with customers. Feedback from these reports help us fine tune our service and address any areas of customer concern.

  • Inventory Control - We maintain a computer-generated, detailed physical inventory of all your plants and decorative containers for each location that is part of our plant program. The inventories are updated on a regularly to maintain design integrity and effectively manage plant the accounts.

  • Workshops - Local Ambius plant service representatives offer our National Account Customers and their employees a variety of fun and helpful workshops on various horticultural topics, including houseplant care, transplanting plants, holiday decorating, and care of poinsettias. This is just one way we express appreciation to our customers for being part of Ambius' programs for multiple location businesses and franchise enterprises.

  • Volume Discount Pricing - We offer Volume Discount Pricing to qualifying National Accounts. Volume pricing is based upon the annualized contractual amount of the client, and takes into account the amount spent on plant programs across all multiple business locations and/or franchises.

  • Photo Imaging and Computer Aided Design - Our national design staff offers National Account Customers free services of both Digital Photo-imaging and Computer Aided Design for developing plant selections and layout for new or renovating business locations.
