Luxury living elevated: A green oasis in Dallas

In the heart of the Dallas Design District, we transformed two 27-story luxury apartment buildings into lush, serene retreats. We used a mix of living and replica plants, including hanging baskets and built-in planter beds, to create calming, organic interiors for residents. Our collaboration with creative managers, engineers, and project managers across time zones ensured the seamless integration of greenery into these high-rises, even amidst active construction.

Using species like Strelitzia Nicolai, Euphorbia, and Cereus cactus, we introduced varying heights and textures for visual impact. Carefully planned lighting complemented the plant's needs, with high-light species placed near windows and lower-light varieties arranged strategically. Adapting to Dallas’ extreme weather, we implemented supplemental watering solutions to maintain plant health. The result is a thoughtfully designed, tranquil environment that redefines luxury living.
