La Jolla Village Square | San Diego
La Jolla Village Square, a mixed use, indoor-outdoor boutique mall located in a posh, seaside community of San Diego, underwent a major renovation. Ambius has been the interior landscaping partner for the mall for a number of years and eagerly accepted the challenge to work with the project’s design architect, Ware Malcomb, to conceptualize, plan, and implement a green interior to serve as a visual focal point and enhance overall sustainability. To accomplish this, Ambius installed four Versa living green walls of varying sizes and incorporated containerized plant arrangements throughout the center court, bringing a serene, modern freshness to La Jolla Village Square.
