Joey Restaurant Group biophilic design for a restaurant in Miami, FL

Our multi-location client, Joey Restaurant Group, is originally based in Canada, but they embarked on a new venture by opening restaurants in the United States. The client embraces biophilia, and creating a warm and inviting dining atmosphere was a focus for their vision of the new restaurant expansion. After several construction delays, we were finally able to add the finishing touches to the venue infusing it with warmth and an appreciation for nature through the concept of biophilic design. 

We created lush, vibrant exterior planters that added beauty while creating an intimate dining experience for the client. Inside, we took our design expertise to new heights by adding a lush replica green wall custom-designed around the staircase and framing the wine station. A lush variety of foliage was used, including boxwoods, ags, pothos, and ferns. Elegant dried floral arrangements were used to add a pop of color and bring a vibrance to the upstairs bar area. Throughout the venue, there are several plant displays to entice the visual senses of all who step inside.
