Bringing North Carolina’s natural beauty indoors in Raleigh

A communication company's campus beautifully integrates North Carolina’s natural charm into its workspace, boosting employee wellness and engagement. The design features two artificial oak trees in the lobby, a nod to Raleigh’s nickname, “City of Oaks,” along with native plants like snake plants and ferns to create a calming environment.

Throughout the campus, planters blend function with greenery—like the Café’s sleek row of snake plants and the Fitness Center’s lush, S-shaped tropical planter. The Montessori-inspired Ohana Center incorporates non-toxic, colorful plants for a vibrant, child-friendly space.

During installation, special care was taken to protect custom woodwork amidst ongoing construction. This green design not only celebrates local flora but also aligns with the company’s “Whole Person Promise,” enhancing productivity and wellness. Custom artificial oaks were chosen to ensure a lasting, low-maintenance landscape that preserves the project’s design vision.
