A visionary fusion of nature, wellness, and innovation in Raleigh, NC

The Atrium at Park Point was envisioned as a seamless fusion of work, wellness, and inspiration—a space where tech meets nature, and focus meets creativity. Spearheaded by Debra Marks and brought to life by the Raleigh team, this ambitious project transformed the largest research park in the country into a vibrant indoor-outdoor hub.

At its heart is a central square featuring 17 towering Ficus Amstel trees and nearly 200 tropical plants, creating a lush tapestry that embodies the vision of a natural, inspiring workspace. The result is more than just a beautiful space; it’s a lasting environment designed to enhance productivity and well-being.

Thanks to our client’s trust, we exceeded expectations, crafting a unique blend of serenity and energy where people can work, relax, and find inspiration. This project, a testament to the power of nature-focused design, was honored with the prestigious Platinum Award at the 2022 TPIE Awards.
