Spire

In 2015, following a 12-month, $46.4 million redevelopment, Spire, formerly the Laclede Gas Company moved into their new headquarters in the former General American Building designed by Philip Cortelyou Johnson. Keeping in sync with Philip Johnson’s clean linear elements for the building, the weekly floral displays and monthly orchids and succulents are arranged very simple but in a very dramatic, sculptural and open composition.
