Medium light plants can withstand multiple hours of direct light but thrive in indirect light. Plants that require between 250-1,000 foot-candles are classified as “medium light” species. Examples of plants that require moderate levels of light include Pleomele reflexa, Fishtail Palm, and the classic Parlor Palm.
Enliven parts of your interior that are bathed in indirect light with a carefully selected array of indoor medium light plants. Inject a splash of color into your workspace with a Dracaena "Limelight" or Philodendron "Red Congo". Medium light species like Chamaedorea seifrizii "Erumpens" and Polyscias crispatum are also a wonderful addition to any interior.
